Argosy is a 1995, true-black Hanoverian stallion who is producing stylish and elegant hunter/jumpers, as well as lovely dressage prospects.  He has shown himself to be an “improvement” stallion by passing on his movement, elasticity and rhythm in all three gaits. His young offspring consistently win on the line -- Upperville, Warrenton, Devon and Middleburg horse shows to name a few.
His daughter Allegria, out of a TB mare, was the 2006 VHSA and MSHA Champion Yearling filly, as well as Reserve Champion yearling.  She placed 3rd in the 2006 IHF East Coast Challenge Championship as well.  In 2007, his outstanding son from his first foal crop, “Amadeus”, out of a GOV approved TB mare, attended and passed the 2007 100-day Stallion Test at Paxton Farm.
Though Argosy's license with the German Oldenburg Verband has expired from opting not to attend a U.S. 100 day stallion testing, his foals may be registered with the PHR -- or in the case of most approved mares, through their registries.  Argosy has exceptionally high quality semen with excellent conception rates. Semen is collected Monday - Saturday.

Ideal -  Performance Record: Ideal received Premium Foal status in Oldenburg Germany and was exported to the United States as a stallion prospect but got lost in a complicated haze of legal issues which involved Interpol and the F.B.I. Although purchased as a stallion prospect with the idea of gelding him, fate intervened when a few European Clinicians and a breeder recognized his valuable lines and knew Inschallah's pedigree was especially rare in North America. It was decided to present Ideal for approval status to determine the young stallions future. After passing his Certification, Ideal went on to Second Reserve Champion status at his 100-Day StallionTesting under an entirely European jury. Ideal competed through Third Level winning Championships and High Points and consistently earning 7, 8 and 9's in gaits.  In consideration of Ideal's success as an Improvement Sire and his unique ability to sire competitive progeny in the various sport horse disciplines, the Breyer Company honored Ideal as a Breyer Model in 2005. Still magnificent at 20, Ideal was presented under saddle at a Breyer Celebration in his honor in May 2005.
Ideal holds the #1 position of siring more Premium Foals than any other stallion in the ISR/Oldenburg N.A. registry.  Ideal had the Highest Scoring foal in Movement (8.8) in the 2005 ISR/Oldenburg inspections in North America. Immerbessor, a colt out of Proxy/Palladium/Wenzel I, also tied for 1st Place out of all foals presented with a Total Score of 8.7

Innkeeper is a beautifully bred son of the legendary Secretariat. His dam line is even more impressive. His mother, Sue Babe produced amongst others, Sir Harry Lewis, Horse of the Year in Ireland and multiple graded stakes winner, Sir Richard Lewis. Innkeeper was sold as a yearling at the famous Keenland Select sale in Kentucky for 1.25 million dollars. He was only lightly raced. As a two year old, he beat Kentucky Derby winner, Strike the Gold and won his only start as a three year old. From his small racing crops he had quite a few winners and at one point had a national ranking as a second crop sire. Innkeeper is the consummate athlete. He has been a racehorse, a show hunter, an event horse and now he plays around in dressage. He is a lovely elastic mover, with a big trot and a huge gallop stride like his father. He is charming and incredibly sane! He is safe enough to put a child on and on occasion he is a lesson horse for nervous, beginner riders. We have a friend who is convinced that Disney should make a film about him!

Lullaby - This striking bright chestnut stallion brings together the best of the top Hanoverian bloodlines available in Londonderry and Donnerhall. Lullaby is from Londonderry’s first foal crop and was his first son approved for breeding. Lullaby’s dam Dunera is line bred on the legendary Donnerhall through her sire Duntroon (Donnerhall/Pik Bube) who was owned and competed successfully in the Grand Prix internationally by Australian Olympian Kristy Oatley-Nist.  Fondly known in the barn as Pumpkin, this striking bright chestnut stallion brings together the best of the top Hanoverian lines including Londonderry. Lullaby is already following in his sire’s hoof prints. He earned impressive scores in his 300-day performance testing at Landgestute Celle Stud. In 2006, Silvia and Lullaby finished 7th overall in the USEF Young Horse Championships for six year olds in Louisville, KY. Lullaby is naturally balanced and athletic. He possesses three very good gaits, with an elastic trot that is already serving him well in the show ring. Lullaby and Rick are competing in the US this season. Trainer, Lisa Wilcox had this to say about this dynamic young stallion, “Lullaby has exceptional character. He learns very quickly and is a pleasure to train. His lovely exterior and beautiful expression make him quite eye catching at dressage shows. I am looking forward to this year’s show season and believe that that this stallion has great potential for the FEI levels.” Approved:  GOV, AHS

Montserrat is by Metternich, publicly known as the best son by Matcho x. Metternich is extremely versatile for both Dressage and Jumping, and prepotent to pass down the traits.  Montserrat is the Champion at his stallion licensing in Adelheidsdorf. In the same performance test group, even with 5 points deduction because he was started late, Montserrat beat his Verden Licensing Reserve Champion brother Multistar. He also scored higher than two other popular stallions that currently stand in the US, and two other stallions taken by Celle State Stud that year. Only 3 years after his licensing, he is already schooled to S level dressage by a young trainer, Joerg Dietrich. Because of his uphill movements, Montserrat's extravagant gaits are actually very easy to sit, and he has served as the schoolmaster for his amateur owner. Montserrat's first foals just arrived this year, they are modern as expected with long correct legs and excellent movements. With his long legs, uphill modern conformation and gentle disposition, Montserrat is expected to be very suitable to cross with US breeds as well as more traditional warmbloods. Rhythm & Blues is a gorgeous TRUE BLACK stallion of Dutch breeding. Starting his career in eventing, as present time he is competing as a jumper. and cross training in dressage. With a refined head, lovely sloping & free shoulder and his sire's powerful hind/compact frame, R&B is a powerhouse. (Ferro is known for passing on an ability to sit the hindquarter & a powerful engine/hind.) R&B was conceived via embryo transfer and was born on Easter Sunday 1998. In 1999 he was ranked #1 yearling in the US. At 3 yrs. he was taken to Holland for his keuring/stallion inspection. He was given Star status by the Dutch & went to Team Nijhof's for stallion test development. In 2002 R&B completed his stallion test in Prussendorf, Germany with excellent scores.  Much like his sire, we feel R&B will start his career as a Jumper and then settle into Dressage. R&B is training/competing with Jumper rider/trainer James Prettyman. So far we are pleased with the decision to point R&B toward the Jumper ring. Look for Jamey and R&B on the East Coast Jumper circuit. As a testament to his dual abilities, R&B will continue to train and compete in dressage as well.

Scimitar is the only son of the very popular German Oldenburg sire Silvio I standing in the U.S.A. Silvio is one of the great Sandro sons bred by Paul Schockamuhler and the sire of the 100 day test winner, Sergeant Pepper. Scimitar's mother Carballina is a States Premium daughter of the legendary Holsteiner stallion Calypso II. After being bred to the Celle stallion Werther twice and Akzent II once, her owners in Germany, the Rhodes bred her to Silvio in hopes of getting a super jumper. In their opinion, Scimitar is the best foal she produced.  While spending time in training with Helmut Schrant as a three year old, he was presented to The Oldenburg/ISR registry and provisionally licensed; receiving the fantastic scores of 8.5s for all his free jumping. Within two weeks, he was on his way to Rancho Murietta, California to participate in the 100 days stallion testing. One of only three three-year-olds in a field of what was generally accepted as being the best group of stallions tested in this country so far, he finished a highly respectable sixth. The wonderful thing about his scores is he was equally well liked for both jumping and dressage and got really high marks for rideability from the guest riders who included Todd Minikus and Christine Traurig. At the conclusion of the testing he was presented to a panel from the American Hanoverian Society and accepted into the registry. He is now an elite Hanoverian stallion - no small feat!

Silver Twist's riding career was made impossible due to an injury as a foal, which nearly cost him his life. However, he is totally sound and showed very successfully in hand in 2005. Twist displays an extremely willing attitude and is very well-mannered at shows. His walk is ground-covering, his trot is uphill with impulsion and reach, and his canter is just fabulous. He free-jumps with very quick front and back legs and is very enthusiastic.
Silver Twist was approved by the American Warmblood Registry in 2005; his medical documentation was accepted as an excuse from performance requirements. However, the inspectors were quite eager to include him in the registry because of his outstanding pedigree.

Wolkenglanz is proving to be just like his dam sire in reliably passing these traits on to his offspring - along with his exceptionally kind, willing temperament and correct conformation.  An unfortunate injury halted his performance career but his success continues as a breeding stallion. At inspections, his foals place at or near the top, praised for their elastic uphill gaits and their elegant modern type. In the show ring, his offspring continue to excel- highly commended for their rideability and movement.
