Sporting a pedigree full of champions, Wolkenglanz himself was Champion or Reserve Champion at many open competitions in placecountry-regionGermany, scoring 9's for rideability and gaits.
Although a “W” line stallion, he very much resembles his dam sire Bolero, not only in type, but in his movement and rideability. Bolero has been called a guarantee for producing suspension and elasticity of gaits, rideability and nobility. Wolkenglanz is proving to be just like his dam sire in reliably passing these traits on to his offspring - along with his exceptionally kind, willing temperament and correct conformation.
An unfortunate injury halted his performance career but his success continues as a breeding stallion. At inspections, his foals place at or near the top, praised for their elastic uphill gaits and their elegant modern type. In the show ring, his offspring continue to excel- highly commended for their rideability and movement.
